Kevin has been a great asset for me and my teammates over the past several years. He is a person I’ve sought out to talk to and help me with my mental game- how to deal with failure, make changes, understand why I think the way I do, and help me implement strategies for making positive adjustments. 

I observed him working with many individuals with vastly different personalities, and he was able to connect with all of them and work with them to develop strategies to help them improve their performance. 

Kevin’s ability to listen well, understand the issues, and develop a course of action translate across all industries and will help many individuals and teams he works with.
